The Problem With AI Support: OpenAI Won't Let Real People Help Me

After many escalated support tickets with detailed documentation of every unresolved issue on my account, OpenAI’s support team sent another AI agent to respond to me. This is not supposed to be how support works. A real person is supposed to read what happened and actually help. Instead, what I got was an AI that couldn’t understand the basic context of my situation, ignored every specific concern I raised, and gave me nothing but generic responses that had nothing to do with my actual problems. The screenshot below shows exactly what I mean.
